INSTITUTIONAL REINFORCEMENT: CONSOLIDATING FOUNDATIONS TO ACHIEVE OBJECTIVES

REGARDLESS OF THE QUALITY OF ITS STRUCTURE, ANY BUILDING WHOSE FOUNDATIONS ARE WEAK WILL TREMBLE IN THE FIRST STORMS. THE SAME IS TRUE OF POPULATION HEALTH: A COUNTRY’S WELL-FUNCTIONING INSTITUTIONS PROVIDE THE FOUNDATION STONE FOR THE ENTIRE HEALTH SYSTEM.

These organizations, such as ministries of health (and their care and services structures), ministries of education, universities, or even other training institutions, all play a key role in training human resources, providing healthcare services, and producing research. In addition to ensuring the proper functioning of the programs in place and meeting their objectives, they also must respond to countless political imperatives.

Developping effective management tools
Despite carrying major responsibilities and contending with numerous challenges, most of these organizations are lacking in human, material, and financial resources. Sizing up these challenges, we work together with these organizations to develop effective management tools tailored to achieve the desired outcomes.

A multidisciplinary approach
Along the many roads we have travelled during our 20 years of experience, we have created long-standing partnerships with institutions in different countries, as is currently the case in Haiti.

Being affiliated with the University of Montreal and the University of Montreal Hospital, we have access to an extensive pool of experts in several health fields, as well as to the expertise available in the numerous healthcare training programs offered at the University of Montreal.
